  BEWARE OF THE UNHELPFUL MONEY HUNGRY WOMEN WHO WORK HERE!!! I relized that I submittd the wrong routing number for a direct deposit payment. I gave H & R Block a call and not only did the tax preporation consultant not return my call, but when I called again I was greeted sarcastically by another Tax Preporation Consultant who said, "Hello this is _____________ Carol is busy helping a tax payer who did not mess up their routing number. How can I assist you today?" This employee said that she would not help me because my taxes were already filed. She did not even recomend an alternative solution. I did not get one word in before she hung up the phone on me. I guess they had my money and no longer felt the need to assist me even though I paid the 30 dollars extra for the insurance part. I guess I will have to find a way to contact IRS directly and see if they will assist me because H & R Block certainly is not going to help with anything other than taking a high Tax preporation fee from you. And to think I chose them because of the name and reputation and they are the worse tax service I have ever used.
